100 Squats

Man, are they a bugger.  Ten sets of ten tonight.  It’s my lungs that seem to give out, but apparently you can push through that state and work in pure anaerobic mode only and recup afterwards.  I wasn’t doing so hot.  I was good til about 5 and then it always felt like I needed to take some breaths.  This is something I’m going to have to work on.

Strength class is going to be more work intensive now.  I think we’ve been going easy over the last few weeks.  I like the new setup.  You are either working, prepping, or writing down what you just did.  We got more work done in less time.

All in all, it was a good night.  I might actually be getting into this…..
