I worked on those tonight in class. Pushed back to 75/77 lbs. Tried for 80lbs (without someone spotting me…bad girl). I did 4, held it, but couldn’t lift for the 5th. Sheri got after me, rightly so…..it was stupid. Remember kids, always have someone spot you when lifting bars above your chest.
I can curl 25lb weights now. A few anyway. Up from 20lbs, so that’s moving along. Did a couple of lying down tri-cep extensions too at 20lbs. Working weight is still 15lbs.
Small steps….and this quote just sums up pretty much how I’ve been feeling lately….:
